Experienced Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Manassas Park)
NGP Manassas Park is expanding its front-of-house staff and is searching for a European automotive enthusiast to hire as their next Customer Service & Sales Specialist. Ideal candidates are those who can guide customers to help them reach their end goal with general service repairs, performance-oriented projects, or track day prep. An understanding of European vehicles and the aftermarket parts and upgrades available for them is a must. Lastly, all candidates must possess a positive attitude and willingness to help NGP deliver the world-class customer service our customers have come to expect.
Primary duties will include:
- Appointment scheduling
- Greeting clients when dropping off vehicles for service and upgrades
- Generating estimates and selling needed repairs and maintenance items
- Communicating with customers to receive estimate authorizations
- Talking with customers (in person, on the phone, and via email) with regards to sales and technical inquiries
- Working with our vendors and suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and other details.
Additional duties include various shop tasks as needed, and staffing NGP's vendor space at enthusiast events as needed. Some travel is required at those times. Some larger automotive parts can be heavy, applicants must be able to safely lift and move packages up to 75lbs.
Pay: Competitive non-commission with a bonus program.
