HIGH FLOW TOP ENTRY CARBON FIBER AIRBOX FOR CUSTOM AND RACING APPLICATIONS

In order to meet the demands of racing and specialized custom applications, Carbonio has developed its own line of high-flow airboxes. These products fall under the STRATOS banner with multiple applications for different packaging constraints. With a flow rating of up to 400 horsepower (per unit) they are constructed from thermal barrier impregnated carbon fiber to ensure that the inlet charge is kept as cool as possible for maximum horsepower. Both light and strong, the STRATOS airbox line includes our custom ‘360 Mounting Bracket’ which allows for an infinite number of mounting solutions

- Autoclaved pre-preg (dry) carbon impregnated with thermal barrier construction to minimize heat transfer to inlet air
- Integral side mounted venturi inlet and high-flow air filter ensures the highest possible intake speed
- Clear coated with automotive urethane and hand polished to a mirror finish
- 360 Mounting bracket offering flexible mounting options
- Rated to 400 horsepower per unit
- Unlimited mileage guarantee

This is a universal fit product and every install is different. Refer to the image above outlining the dimensions, to determine how much room the unit will take up. From our experience the STRATOS airbox easily fits in the space vacated by a factory fitted air intake system. In addition, flexible tubing can be affixed to the inlet to draw air from outside the engine compartment.

Great for motor swap cars and custom builds where an off the shelf intakes just won't cut it.
