This kit is designed to use a factory dual-mass flywheel for the ultimate drop-in clutch upgrade solution.
Each Sachs performance clutch kit features a reinforced pressure plate designed specifically for your VW/Audi application. The pressure plate is re-inforced to handle the extra torque produced by upgrading your engine.
At the center of the Sachs performance clutch kit is their full-face organic clutch disk. This disc provides quick, factory-like actuation, without the typical on-off feel of most aftermarket clutches. In addition, the thermal and wear resistance of this disc is significantly better than the factory unit, giving you years of reliable performance.
Applications and typical usage:
We recommend this clutch kit for enthusiasts with up to K04 turbocharger upgrades and related bolt-ons (intake, exhaust, intercooler, etc). Typical use includes spirited daily driving and the occasional track day. We do not recommend this clutch kit for track-day enthusiasts that will attend multiple track events throughout the year, or drag-racing enthusiasts.
