This in-tank fuel pump is a direct replacement for VW's Pumpe Deuse vehicles. Fits the following years:
- -Golf TDI (A4 chassis) w/ BEW engine (2004-2006)
- -Jetta TDI (A4 chassis) w/ BEW engine (2004-2005)
- -Jetta TDI (A5 chassis) w/ BRM engine (2005-2006)
- -New Beetle TDI (A4 chassis) w/ BEW engine (2004-2006)
- -Passat TDI (B5.5 chassis) w/ BHW engine (2004-2005)
One of the more popular applications however, is to install this into the standard TDI Mk4 models as a way to increase performance and engine operation. The increase in pressure at the mechanical pump will allow for easier cold starts as well as smoother at low engine speeds. Modified TDI's will see more potential power, with more fuel available as it is needed. This will drop into all Mk4 fuel tanks, but will require a quality relay and power source to operate.
Will fit Mk3 TDI tanks, but will not register fuel amounts correctly, and will require some fine tuning.
