Integrated Engineering Performance Engine ECU Tune - VW MK8 Golf R, Audi 8Y S3
The Integrated Engineering Stage 1 ECU tune is a simple flash-only upgrade that overhauls the factory engine computer and delivers instant power. Enjoy a broader powerband, a thrilling 7000RPM rev limit, enthusiast drive mapping, snappy throttle response, removed speed limiters, and increased boost pressures for faster 0-60 times and stronger acceleration. Stage 1 can be installed on a stock vehicle and adapts to intake and intercooler upgrades. Includes 91, 93, 104, and E85 octane options.

Take control of your VW MK8 Golf R or Audi 8Y S3 2.0T with iE'S POWERlink Mobile Tuning Suite. Plug the iE Bluetooth dongle into your vehicle’s OBD II port to create a wireless link to iE's responsive mobile app. Flash tunes, change launch control settings, switch octanes, upgrade stages, run diagnostics, monitor live data, and more—all from your Android or Apple phone! For those that prefer to use a computer, full support for laptops is available as well.

Upgrading is Easy: Moving from Stage 1 to Stage 2 or beyond is seamless. Simply install the required hardware and use your POWERlink app to purchase the tune upgrade—you only pay the difference in tune cost with no extra fees!
UPGRADE GUIDE
While no hardware upgrades are required for Stage 1, upgrading the intake and intercooler will provide increased airflow, lower intake air temps, and quicker heat soak recovery for an overall more efficient and faster vehicle.

E85 ETHANOL FUEL
Unlock the power of ethanol! E85 acts like rocket fuel for your daily driver and offers extreme saefty by running cooler than gasoline and offering high knock resistance. Though fuel consumption increases by up to 35%, E85’s lower cost per gallon compared to 104 race fuel balances out. Stage 1 supports E60-E85 ethanol blends.
REV FREE
Experience more power at higher RPMs with a raised engine speed limiter of 7000 RPM. You can also free-rev your engine in park or neutral with the limiter increased to 6750 RPM.
BRAKE BOOST
Dominate in roll racing with Brake Boost. Hold speed and throttle, then apply brake pressure with your left foot to build boost while rolling, creating a rolling launch and surge of power once the brake is released.
RESCALED POWER GAUGES
Get accurate readings with rescaled factory boost, power, and torque gauges that match your new performance output. We’ve also smoothed out the gauge animation for more precise and refined display readings.
AUTO START/STOP MEMORY
Take control of your driving experience with an auto start/stop button that remembers your preferred setting—even after you turn off the car.
FAN LAUNCH STRATEGY
Launch control generates a lot of heat. With iE’s Fan Launch Strategy, the cooling fan kicks in at higher speeds when launch control is engaged to keep intake air temperatures low, giving you maximum power from the start.
