The IE supercharger pulley for 3.0T V6 Audi engines is a great mod to extract more power. Paired with a Stage 2 Tune, you can expect gains in the 15-25 HP range on pump fuel. This is achieved by spinning the supercharger unit significantly faster than stock, resulting in higher boost levels.

WHAT DOES A SUPERCHARGER PULLEY UPGRADE DO?
IE is excited to offer it’s Supercharger Pulley for Audi 3.0T FSI Engines found in B8/B8.5 S4, S5, Q5, SQ5, C7/C7.5 A6, A7, and Q7 models. The pulley functions by increasing the supercharger RPM throughout the full powerband. At redline supercharger speed is increased by 1800 RPM. The IE pulley is 57.50mm in diameter, making it one of most aggressive and powerful on the market.

INSTALLATION
In a nutshell, you will need to remove the stock supercharger pulley in order to install an IE unit. You will need a 3.0T Pulley Puller Kit and a toaster oven or hot plate to heat the pulley for installation. Due to the hardware and tools required, professional installation may make more sense for casual enthusiasts. IE's full install guide is located HERE.

*Does not fit 2016-2017 A6 & A7 3.0T CREC engines, these updated engines require IE CREC Upgrade Pulley (IE Part Number IEBAVJ5). CREC engine is also found in ROW (rest-of-world) markets on some late-model S4 & S5 3.0T as well. CREC engines are easily identified as the supercharger pulley has 4 bolts to attach it to the supercharger instead of a press-fit style.
WARNING: Warranty VOID if a non-IE puller tool (part numberIEBAVJ4) is used to remove your pulley. Using any other tool other than the IE unit will DEFINITELY destroy your pulley. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE IE PULLEY WITHOUT IE BRAND PULLER TOOL.
