Questions? We've got answers.
The 1.8t 20v comes with shorter then standard injectors from the factory. Due to this, when changing to larger capacity injectors, it is neccessary in many cases to space the fuel rail out. The proper way to do this is by using two machined spacers, and longer hardware to ensure proper thread engagement. Incorrect spacing will cause the fuel rail to bend to an inappropriate angle when it is bolted down, resulting in leaks and a major fire hazard. Cheap kits may use washers and incorrect hardware, we supply high quality machined spacers which ensure a consistant, perfect spacing every time, and blue coated grade 12.9 socket head cap screws, just like the factory only ours provide enough thread engagement even with the spacers in place. .
Features
