Budget Intake Kit - Audi B9/B9.5 A4, A5, Allroad 2.0T

We fully realize that while everyone enjoys better performance, not everyone has the budget or wants to spend the extra money on a new intake system. Also, many aftermarket intakes drastically change the looks of your engine bay, which not everyone is into. We created this kit for those that are looking for an inexpensive way to improve intake airflow while also keeping things looking relatively stock.
The biggest restrictions to good airflow in the Audi B9 A4, A5 or Allroad are the air filter and the turbo inlet tube. By simply changing out these two components with the parts in this kit, you'll greatly improve the airflow of the 2.0T engine in your Audi. The best part is that this upgrade costs significantly less than buying an all new intake system.
It's important to note that while this is a budget focused intake kit, the BMC filter included in this kit is BETTER than any other intake filter available for this platform, including those that come in an intake kit.
To prove just how much we believe in this intake, we have installed and tested it on our very own in-house B9 Audi A4 Allroad 2.0T.

BMC Air Filter
This BMC cylindrical air filter is a direct replacement air filter for the factory equipped intake airbox. The BMC air filter is made of high performance materials that allow an increased air flow combined with a more efficient filtration. This guarantees the protection from of all impurities as small as 7 microns (compared to the OEM filter which only filters 10 microns).
BMC produces the intake systems and filters for some of the highest performing race cars in the world, including our own Audi RS3 LMS TCR racecar. If a BMC air filter is good enough for constant abuse on the track, it's more than good enough for your daily driver.
034Motorsport Turbo Inlet Hose
This upgraded air intake hose is designed to replace the restrictive corrugated factory unit, and features a larger cross-sectional area with smooth internal walls for higher flow and increased performance.
This durable, high quality silicone hose was modeled directly off of the factory part to ensure perfect fit and finish, and extensively tested at 034Motorsport with the help of independent Audi enthusiasts. In addition to cloth reinforcement, this hose features stainless steel wire reinforcement to prevent collapse under vacuum.

Installation
If you have some simple hand tools, you can easily install this kit in your driveway or garage in about 30 minutes or less. You can find all the tools you'll need to replace the turbo inlet hose in the 034Motorsport instructions below.
To remove the intake lid to replace the intake filter, you'll just need a T25 bit along with either a socket wrench or driver.
Further Intake Modification
If you would like to take your intake upgrade further, you can also remove the factory intake airbox and modify it for more airflow. We'll post up more information how you can easily do this yourself very soon.
