Bosch - Silver Sport Spark Plug - W7DSR - OE: Mk1 Cabriolet 1990+, Mk2 Digifant 90-92, High Performance 8v
Priced individually. VW saw fit to equip their Digifant injected 1.8 liter motors with this Silver spark plug from the factory. Digifant cars can be notorious for pre-ignition when used for performance applications, and this silver plug ensures the best possible combusion and limited fouling. Not cheap comapred to the more readily available W7DTC or 7900, but if you want to keep your 90-92 car exactly as VW intended, this is the way to go. We only recommend this plug for the more performance oriented (RED: High RPM hard driving) customers. Bosch Silver spark plugs are specifically engineered for high performance, not long life, so expect to replace these a bit more often than a standard copper core plug.
