Complete hardware kit for servicing the DSG filters in an Audi DL382 transmission.
Several of the bolts that are used in the DL382 transmission are designed to only be tightened once. Many of them are also located inside the transmission assembly where a bolt backing out can cause catastrophic damage. This kit contains all of the hardware you'll need to service the low pressure, high pressure and suction filter in a DL382 DSG transmission.
Some of the hardware, such as the transmission pan bolts, will easily snap when you attempt to re-install them. They are not designed to be re-used at all and MUST be replaced.
Please make sure that you install the new hardware using the correct torque specs and sequence. We've listed the torque values and sequences below.
