Data-Driven, Not Guesswork

We use expanded logging through secondary CAN Bus systems, extra OBD connections, and external sensors to capture significantly more data than stock. That gives us a much clearer picture of what’s actually happening, and lets us make adjustments with confidence.

  The factory boost gauge is rescaled to accurately reflect higher boost targets, providing more precise and meaningful driver feedback.

Thermal strategies are recalibrated to support higher performance while maintaining engine safety. Oil and coolant temperatures are actively managed, and EGT protection is enhanced through enrichment and air-mass adjustments to control heat under load.

  Launch control is recalibrated for stronger, more consistent acceleration, with optimized moment reserve and ignition timing to improve traction and repeatability.

  Full engine torque is delivered while maintaining compatibility with the stock 8HP95 ZF8 transmission calibration, eliminating the need for a separate TCU tune.

  VariSpec adds user-adjustable features that allow drivers to tailor vehicle behavior for a more personalized driving experience.

Using proprietary and exclusive tools made by 034Motorsport, 2022+ RS6 & RS7 models equipped with the latest 401 bootloader TCU can be unlocked and tuned with 034Motorsport TCU tuning. To unlock your TCU, select the 034SPI Bootloader Unlock Harness (BLU) at checkout when also purchasing your TCU tune. This harness allows for a one-time unlock, enabling OBD flashing via 034SPI so you can flash your Dynamic+ TCU tune from home.

Notes Regarding Crackle Overrun
Crackle results may vary based on ECU box code variations, fuels, exhaust setup, and geographic locations. 034Motorsport also offers no-crackle files available upon request. Please email Tuning@034Motorsport.com for more information if you do not see them in your flashing portal.

Product & Flashing Disclaimers
Later model year vehicles (Late 2023+) may have additional flashing protections under SFD/SFD2 protocols that require additional unlock steps before tuning. Contact tuning@034motorsport.com if you are unable to successfully flash for further assistance.
Some TCUs from mid 2022+ may be locked and unflashable at this time. The only way to confirm is to attempt the TCU flash. 034Motorsport is developing an unlock tool to provide for these later transmissions and will announce that availability/compatibility when completed.
