New German Performance isn't just another online store that exists to sling car parts at you. We also operate two fully functional shops that actively work on both new and old Audis and VWs every day. Since we actually work on the cars you're buying parts for, we can honestly say that we have hands on experience with them. In addition, NGP is also proud to be staffed by enthusiasts that live, eat, breath and sleep Audis and VWs. It's due to this dedicated and knowledgeable group of enthusiasts that we have customer service that is second to no one else in the industry.

So, the next time that you shop for German car parts online, stop and think about who you're ultimately supporting with your purchase. You could easily buy parts from a big name online store, or you could support the enthusiasts that actively keep your community alive.

GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DallasC

The brace looks awesome in my car, It does what it’s made for and now i don’t hear that creaking noise while going up/down driveways. I’ve made multiple purchases with NGPRACING and I have not one thing to complain about. Much better customer service than ECS AND UROTUNING, AND cheaper shipping prices than those companies if you are out of the upper 48. DON’T hesitate to purchase through NGP, and ask for ZACH LEACH! He’s who has been fulfilling my orders and he’s a great example of what real customer service should look like!
