Audi B9 A4, A5, Allroad, Q5 2.0T High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Upgrade Kit

This kit comes with everything required to upgrade the high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) on your Audi B9 A4, A5 or Allroad equipped with the Gen3 2.0T TSI engine. This upgrade is needed when using upgrading to 034Motorsport Stage 1+ or Stage 2+ ECU tuning, installing an iE ethanol (E85) TrueFlex Kit or when upgrading to a larger turbocharger such as the TTE440L.

The factory HPFP that comes on the Gen 3 2.0T TSI engine found in the B9 Audi A4, A5, Allroad and Q5 is laser welded shut. This means that its internals cannot simply be upgraded. The solution is to swap in the HPFP from the Audi/VW MQB vehicles. The MQB vehicles utilize a Hitachi pump that can be opened and the internals upgraded.

We only use brand new, high quality Genuine VW/Audi or OEM parts in this kit. It's important to note that the HPFP is produced for VW Group by Hitachi. We've left you the choice of whether to a Hitachi pump in a VW box or in a Hitachi box as they are the exact same pump. Learn more about OE, OEM and Genuine parts here.

034Motorsport HPFP Upgrade
The 034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Piston Upgrade Kit is designed to be a drop-in replacement piston for the factory high pressure fuel pump for the EA888 Gen 3 2.0T Engine. This is the largest HPFP piston upgrade available. We recommend choosing this option if you plan on installing 034Motorsport E85 software, or if you are upgrading to a TTE440L turbocharger.

iE HPFP Upgrade
The iE HPFP Upgrade is required if you are planning on installing iE's ethanol FlexFuel sensor kit and related tuning. We've included it here as an option since it's more than likely the reason you are purchasing this kit. You may choose to purchase the upgrade kit with or without iE's special installation socket tool. We recommend choosing this option only if you plan on installing Integrated Engineering E85 software.
