Milltek Sport Valvesonic Technology
This exhaust system uses Milltek's own Valvesonic tech to allow full factory valve operation of your new exhaust system. This is made possible by re-using the factory exhaust valve motors. By doing this, you will be able to control your exhaust valve operation using the Audi MMI system just like you did with your factory exhaust system.
Loud or Really Loud?
This exhaust is resonated in order to provide a more tame exhaust note. We highly recommend this version of the Milltek cat-back RS7 exhaust system for those in areas with sound restrictions. If this isn't an issue for you, feel free to check out the non-resonated version of this exhaust.
Tip Options
Your factory exhaust tips are re-used with this exhaust system. As a result, no tips are needed for installation and everything fits just like it did from the factory.
High Quality Materials and Construction
Milltek Sport exhausts are produced in high quality type 304 aircraft grade stainless steel. This material is anti-magnetic (other manufacturers' stainless steel may not be) and is less susceptible to discoloration. This quality of stainless steel is used on all pipe work and the total construction of the silencer. Mandrel bending ensures full flow bends for better gas flow and Milltek Sport exhaust systems are increased in bore to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque. All Milltek Sport exhausts are designed, developed and manufactured in-house in the UK.
