Integrated Engineering is proud to offer this billet 1.8T 20V timing belt idler bracket. This bracket is used in applications where the engines timing belt tensioner has been converted from the standard hydraulic tensioner to the old style manual tensioner. By retaining usage of the factory idler pulley, this prevents loss of belt wrap on the crank pulley. It also prevents excessive vibration of the belt between the tensioner and that pulley by maintaining the short factory span between rollers. It is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum, and features roll formed threads for strength. It completely machined and then offered in stunning red anodizing or in raw billet aluminum.

Please note: Fits late 06A 1.8T engines only! Must be used with a manual tensioner pulley, will not work with the OEM 1.8T tensioner pulley! These are block specific, not head specific. All 058 and 06A 1.8T heads are the same for tensioner mounting.
