Dust Generation
These are not low dust pads whatsoever and will often generate more dust than factory equipped brake pads. If you are looking for a low dust, premium street use pad, we recommend considering EBC Redstuff pads. Please note however that Redstuff pads are not designed for use on track, and will not offer the same level of performance as Yellowstuff pads.

Track Use Information
Although the new Yellowstuff compound WILL work fine under shorter duration track or trackday (lapping) use on lighter cars or for drifting, it does take longer to bed in. If track driving is your main purpose, we recommend choosing Bluestuff or RP1 and RPX brake pads. If you do choose to use Yellowstuff pads on track, please note that you will need to allow extra time to bed in your brakes.

Yellowstuff pads do make for excellent autocross usage where cold initial braking performance and the need for high friction are concerns.

Comparison With Other EBC Street Driven Vehicle Brake Pad Compounds:

• EBC Ultimax - Equivalent to factory pad performance and dust generation. Fast bed-in period.
• EBC RedStuff - Better braking performance with significantly less dust generation. Fast bed-in period.
