This is a complete BFI Stage 2 motor mount kit for VW Mk3, B3, B4 and Corrado models equipped with a 2.0L, VR6 or TDI engine
These are poly, 85A in shore hardness, and are a huge upgrade over the stock swiss cheese rubber mounts. Stage 2 is for a higher level of performance, over the BFI Stage 1 mounts. They still offer a relatively good ride quality, with some increased vibration and noise over the factory mounts. Upgraded harware is included with all motor mounts. We recommend using these mounts for use in vehicles with a substantial amount of performance upgrades. These mounts are especially great for dual purpose street and track driven vehicles.
Fitment/Applications:
- Mk3 2.0L, 12v VR6, TDI
- Corrado VR6
- B3/B4 Passat VR6 and TDI
Please note that while these mounts will fit a TDI, they will transmit a significant amount of NVH to the cabin.
Please Note: Any aftermarket motor mount / trans mount / dogbone mount that is firmer than the OEM mount can increase noise and/or vibration to some level above the stock mount.
