A very common failure point on late model VW and Audi vehicles, a bad coolant temperture sensor can lead to a very wide range of problems. Everything from popping on the check engine light, hard starts, poor running (rich / lean) and reduced miles per gallon can all be traced back to a bad coolant temp sensor. This is the latest version, high quality OEM or OEM spec replacement. We recommend a new o-ring, part N90316202, with purchase.
